Terms of Service
Effective date: October 16, 2025
1. Agreement
By accessing or using avenirai.com and the Avenir AI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Avenir AI provides an AI-powered leasing assistant (“Alex”) that handles inbound voice and text inquiries, along with a dashboard platform for property managers to review conversations and manage leads.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are using the service on behalf of a property management entity, authorized to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
- Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or prompt-inject Alex.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates Fair Housing laws or other applicable regulations.
5. Payment
Setup fees and monthly subscription amounts are as quoted at the time of signup. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to steve@avenirai.com.
6. AI limitations
Alex is an AI system and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Property managers and owners remain responsible for final decisions on leasing, maintenance, tenant communications, and compliance with applicable law.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, a data export of your conversations and leads will be made available upon request for up to 60 days, after which your data will be deleted from active systems.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
